The rooms were decently sized and well-maintained. The breakfast offered well-prepared butternut squash soup and good coffee. The location was conveniently close to major attractions, making sightseeing easy.

The bathrooms were in poor condition with cracked tiles and moldy walls. The showerheads were old and offered unpredictable water temperatures.

The location of this hotel is excellent, situated very close to all tourist destinations and just down the street from the main Plaza. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed, with a charming interior and comfortable beds. The breakfast served to the room was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The bathrooms could use some improvement, with cracked tiles and moldy walls.

Phenomenal rooms, large and clean. Building a bit noisy, but loved the beds. Smallest room in our group, recommend rooms 202 or 203. Great location near Plaza de Armas for easy access to tours. Modern décor, complete small kitchen, and excellent heating. Manager always available and helpful.
