The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the freshly made eggs. The location of the hotel on the hill provided stunning views of the city. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Friendly owner helped with lost bag, beautiful modern hotel with breathtaking city view. Excellent staff, big and nice room. Hotel is quiet, 20-minute walk from central location. Amazing whirlpool, hot water, cosy beds. 10 am check-out surprise waived, nice staff gesture. Spacious rooms with tasteful decor and relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure and hot water. Electric tea kettle, refrigerator and microwave in room. Helpful staff arranges tours, money exchange available. Quiet location for a good night's rest.

I had a fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel in Cusco. The staff, especially Christian, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English. The rooms were spacious with amazing views, large comfortable beds, and good facilities. The breakfast was excellent and the free airport transfer was a big plus. I also appreciated the peaceful location, just a short walk from the center.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic. The prices are very reasonable for such a comfortable stay. And speaking of comfort, the beds are absolutely amazing – the comfiest I’ve experienced during my whole trip. Plus, the attention to detail in the well-appointed rooms is impressive.
