We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was superb, being centrally located in downtown Puno, just around the corner from the Palacio de Justicia and a couple of minutes walk from the main square. This meant we were close to the main plaza, cathedral, shops, and restaurants, while still being removed from the touts and noise of the central tourist zone. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

Hotel Balsa Inn is a great value for money option in the heart of Puno, very close to the Plaza. The staff here were exceptional, providing outstanding service and speaking fluent English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities, including a big window that lets in plenty of natural light. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the efficient heater kept us warm during the chilly nights. Another bonus was the delicious breakfast included in our stay, with fresh made omelets or fried eggs to start our day right.

We stayed at Hotel Balsa Inn for 2 nights while visiting the Uros Floating Islands. The triple room was spacious, beds comfortable and the staff friendly. They even helped us arrange transportation to Juliaca airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the main square and popular restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel also offers dinner options. Great value for money with warm hospitality and cozy rooms.

Stayed here over thanksgiving and had a pleasant stay. Located near the city center with shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms were good with fresh fruits and meat offered during breakfast. the friendly staff tried their best to understand my requests.

Although the rooms were good, there was a bit of a moldy smell. the elevator wasn't working which meant a big hike to the upper floors.

As a tourist, I loved the helpful staff who allowed us to store our bags while we went on an excursion and even opened the breakfast area early for us. The breakfast itself was delicious, with scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh bread. The location of the hotel is ideal, just two blocks away from the main street.
