I recently stayed at Rio Sagrado for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience. The hotel room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had a large private outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view of the river and mountains. The room was in exceptional condition and definitely worth every penny. I loved the added touch of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as a fruit plate. The hotel's location at the river bank was beautiful, and the surrounding territory was well-maintained and peaceful. Despite the small number of rooms, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, which I truly appreciated. And to top it all off, there were three adorable alpacas roaming around the hotel grounds.

It was clear that the pool area was well taken care of, unlike in some situations mentioned in the reviews. I was fortunate to experience peaceful days by the pool without any disturbances.

Our stay at Rio Sagrado in the Sacred Valley was worth every penny. The room was beautifully appointed and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and delectable pastries. The location was serene, with stunning views of the river and mountains. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even upgraded us to a gorgeous house. One of the highlights was getting to feed the adorable baby alpacas. a truly amazing and one-with-nature experience.

For breakfast options, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of choices.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was great, with a good size bathroom and dressing area. The restaurant served delicious food with authentic menu choices for the entire family. The hotel amenities in the bathroom smelled like Christmas, which I loved. The strong and free WiFi was a bonus, as there was no TV in the room. a fantastic stay!

The Andean fabrics added a beautiful touch to the modern decor. I was delighted to find an alpaca hot water bottle as part of the turn down service. The breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by alpacas and hummingbirds, was a magical experience. The golf buggies provided convenient transport around the hotel's steep paths. The spa had amazing views, a wide range of treatments, and a relaxing outdoor hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel.
