I recently had a fantastic stay in a hotel in the heart of Cusco. The location was perfect, just a short distance from all the main attractions. It was great to be close to everything, but far enough away from the noise of the Plaza de Armas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern bathroom fixtures. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all of my needs were met. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, providing a great start to the day. Plus, the hotel offered complimentary coca tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch. it was a wonderful experience.

That there was no elevator in the hotel, so climbing the stairs could be a challenge for those who are not in good physical condition.

Centrally located. Nice restaurant/sitting area with good food. Comfy beds, clean. Curtains by bed. Plenty of free space to move about or find a comfortable spot to relax and unplug.

The hotel is located in a renovated old colonial house just 2 minutes walking from the old central square, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel facilities are great, with a comfortable bed, spacious rooms, and a beautiful lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to fulfill any requests.

Great location near Plaza de Armas, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, nice communal areas. Free Wi-Fi and excellent breakfast included. Altitude sickness assistance and breakfast box for early check out. Perfect place to rest after tours.

The staff at Selina Plaza De Armas Cusco went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One evening, we needed change for a taxi and the front desk employee kindly provided it from his own wallet. The service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and excellent service.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main plaza. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruits and savory beans. A highlight was the storage room available for our luggage while we explored Machu Picchu.

i had a great stay at selina in cusco! the location was perfect, just steps away from the main square. there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the nightlife. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. i loved the hipster concept of the hotel, and my room with a private bathroom was huge. it was also nice to have heaters and hot water, even though it took a while for the water to get hot. overall, a fantastic experience!

The complimentary breakfast and hot cocoa was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city and trying out local restaurants. We also appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us with planning tours and transportation.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from our experience. the room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

The location was perfect, close to Plaza de armas and all facilities. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was great to help us with all our requests. The hotel in general was an excellent place to rest after the tours, very quiet. Great kitchen, spaciousness, great facilities, and amenities to use. Very professional, friendly always eager to help you staff. Great dorms, spacious, designed with care of many details that made travelers' stay comfortable, easy and pleasant. Best breakfast we have had compared to anywhere we have stayed in South America.

I had a wonderful stay at Selina. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One highlight of my experience was when Judith at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that I could have a late check-out since my flight was later in the day. They even stored my luggage safely while I continued exploring Cuzco. I also appreciated the bellman who were responsive and respectful. Another pleasant surprise was the delicious breakfast, especially the fact that they used fresh eggs instead of powdered ones. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.
