It provided ample space for my family and we enjoyed a good night's sleep on the cozy beds. The staff were welcoming and friendly, adding to the positive experience. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city, making it easy to travel to and fro. The Biet Alkaram restaurant nearby offers a great dining option, especially for early morning returns or late-night arrivals. The rooms are comfortable with soft beds, nice pillows, and soft towels. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing easy check-in and check-out services. The breakfast room staff is welcoming and accommodating. The porter, Baker, is efficient and goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.

The overly scented smell in the hallways can be overwhelming for some guests.

The room was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and a satisfying shower. the hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to various locations in the city and only a short distance from the airport.

There were a couple of aspects that fell short of expectations. the facilities advertised, such as the fitness center and spa, were not available during my stay.

Additionally, the hotel is in a great spot for exploring the surrounding areas, with easy access to many tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has plenty of options to choose from, with friendly staff who are always willing to help.

The language barrier may pose a challenge for some guests, as the staff's English skills are not the best.

We stayed one night at Opal Hotel near the airport and wish we had stayed longer. The car rental and free parking were convenient for our early morning flight. The location was great for traveling into the city by Uber. The Lebanese restaurant on site had delicious food, and the breakfast was good too. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and even a breakfast box for our early departure.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
