Spending xmas at this hotel was a nice experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were well-maintained and the location was great with easy access to shops and restaurants. The beach was easily reachable and we enjoyed the sounds of the waves throughout our stay. The garden was lovely with a variety of comfortable lounging options and the pool was inviting.

We did notice some minor issues during our stay. The room was not perfectly clean and there was some noise from neighboring rooms.

Moreover, it is situated in a calm and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded streets. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with warm showers available. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, making the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the delicious breakfast offered includes fresh bread, eggs, and juices.

There is a lack of sand in front of the hotel, limiting the beach experience.

The room was comfortable, with a hot shower and a small fridge. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread and juices. The beach bar offered great food, especially the ceviche. I loved the sunset views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even preparing special food for my dietary needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, quiet beach, close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful garden with sunny and shaded areas. Comfortable room with great shower and consistent hot water. Helpful and friendly staff. Good wifi.

Clean, comfortable rooms with daily cleaning. Welcoming staff allowed early check-in and provided special food. Breakfast had fresh juice daily. Relaxing beachfront location with pool, beautiful views, and sightings of whales and seals. Delicious meals available.
