The rooms at Al Murooj Grand Hotel are truly a home away from home. The in-room safety deposit boxes and electronic door locks made me feel secure, while the high-speed wireless internet and LED TV provided great entertainment. The private bathroom with complimentary toiletries was a nice touch, and the overall décor was so cozy and inviting. As a solo traveler, I felt really comfortable and at ease.

I personally found the tea kettle a bit small for my liking, but others may still find it useful.

The staff at the front desk, especially Sweetie, were incredibly helpful and proactive. They handled multiple customers at once without any difficulty. Well done to the management team for choosing the right representatives for the job. The hotel has a modern look and is conveniently located between Old Muscat and the new town. The breakfast offered a variety of options and changed slightly each morning. The staff went above and beyond, providing extra services like bringing tea to our room and making phone calls for us, all at no extra charge. The lobby area is nice and there is a beautiful mosque behind the hotel that is worth visiting.

Great view of the city and mountains, conveniently located near two malls. Staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Gym is well-equipped and sauna and steam rooms are well-maintained. Lovely fragrance throughout the hallways.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I appreciated the proximity to the airport and the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall, perfect for picking up forgotten items. It's also close to a beautiful mosque. However, it's not easy to walk to other shops. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Some rooms even have balconies with views of the surrounding mountains.

The rooms are well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for my stay, including air conditioning and mini-bar. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop were also highlights, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings, while I relaxed and soaked up the sun.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and luxurious with an excellent shower and balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we felt we got great value for our money.

We had a fantastic stay at Al Murooj Grand. the room was clean and comfortable, and the variety of breakfast options was impressive. the hotel's location near the airport and mosque made it convenient for us to explore the city. the staff, particularly Marwa at the reception, was exceptional - friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us. the bonus facilities such as the pool and spa looked great, although we didn't have enough time to try them out.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast that was delivered to our room before our early airport departure. the rooftop view of the surrounding city and the beautiful mosque, especially at night, was breathtaking. the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the nearby area and indulge in some local cuisine. Lastly, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, making our stay even more comfortable.

The swimming pool had limited hours, which we missed out on due to our busy schedule. However, this was a minor flaw in an otherwise perfect stay.

The location was great as it was accessible to the Muscat expressway and two grand malls. The staff, especially Iman, Shaimaa, and Anand, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome and ensured I had a comfortable stay.
