The staff were helpful and responsive. Amenities in the room were great. Towels were big and fluffy. The lobby was inviting. Breakfast had a wide range of food. Terrace was a pleasant spot.

The hotel also provides a complimentary doctor service, which is incredibly helpful. the hotel offers a wonderful and memorable experience.

The hotel charges for in-room wifi, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests who require constant internet access.

great location, lovely boutique hotel. friendly, helpful staff. couldn't do enough to help us at every turn. Would definitely stay here again.

Overpriced bottled water in room.

Our Easter stay was wonderful! We felt like we were transported back in time with the historic feeling of this grand hotel. the HUGE lobby/courtyard was a pleasant surprise upon arrival. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. One of the best aspects was the hotel's proximity to a major attraction and the main square. It was also a short walk to some excellent restaurants.

The noise level on the first level was a bit annoying due to the irregular brick floors and people with early tours. the bathroom doors were loud on their hinges which made it hard to be quiet in the middle of the night.

This hotel was a luxurious escape with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until our departure. the Spa & wellness centre was an incredible oasis with a full body massage and foot massage that left us feeling refreshed. the sun terrace and garden area added to the overall peaceful atmosphere. In our room, we enjoyed the leisure/ TV room and the private facilities. the restaurant was superb and the bar/ lounge area was a great spot to unwind. the buffet breakfast was delicious and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The location advantages were also a plus, within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was with slow hot water in the bathroom. this did not detract from our luxurious stay at this hotel.
