Some minor issues with maintenance, such as doors not fitting properly and a tub plug not working. Noise from traffic could be bothersome, but earplugs helped.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Puno and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Casona Plaza Hotel Centro were attentive and polite, even providing us with a nice breakfast upon arrival. The hotel is located in a historical building and beautifully decorated, with a peaceful and warm ambiance. The location is perfect, close to many interesting historical sites that we could easily explore on foot. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in Peru, and the breakfast was always made with natural and fresh products. it was a great stay.
