casona plaza hotel is just a short walk from the plaza de las armas. my room was huge with a comfy bed and great pillows. loved that they cook eggs to order for breakfast! they provided coca tea throughout the hotel, which really helped with the altitude.

Had a boss time, la! The location is right near the main square, making it dead easy to explore. The staff were sound, and the breakfast was pretty good with all sorts, but the shower was a bit dodgy—temp kept changing!

Had a lovely stay! The location was perfect, just a block from the square, and our room was spacious and clean.

But goodness, the reception and restaurant were so cold! I could've sworn I saw the staff in Eskimo gear!

Our first room was a disaster. The second room was slightly better but still had an odor, and the cleanliness was questionable. To top it off, the bathroom fixtures were broken, and the lighting was so poor I struggled to see inside the wardrobe. This whole situation left me frustrated and disappointed during my stay.

The included breakfast was a nice touch they had made-to-order eggs which were warm and just off the pan. Also staff were really friendly they helped us with directions and even offered coca tea to help adjust to the altitude.

It wasn’t cheap but it was still an acceptable stay given the amenities.
