The hotel was conveniently located near Plaza de las armas, clean and spacious rooms, rich breakfast with fresh eggs, helpful staff, hot water in bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to all attractions. The room was spacious and warm, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The bathroom, although flawed with a leaking shower screen, had plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of options, including made-to-order eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite limited English proficiency. the hotel provided a decent experience, especially considering the affordable price.

The hotel had false advertisement about in-room wifi.

During our stay at Casona Plaza, we were impressed by the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a great bath and stylish design. We also appreciated the storage facility offered for our belongings while we were out on a tour. The hotel provided excellent wi-fi service, and the seating area in the reception was a nice spot to relax. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a nice variety of options. we had a wonderful experience at Casona Plaza Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Had a decent Easter experience with 2 complimentary drinks. Great location in the heart of everything, easy walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe what a great deal I got. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable beds to the lovely view of the snow-capped mountains from my room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. And the breakfast! It was such a treat to have real brewed coffee and a variety of options, especially for us vegetarians.

We stayed in 5/6 hotels on our 3 week stay in Peru, and Casona Plaza Hotel was by far the best value for money. Our family of four had a spacious four-bed room with plenty of hot water for showers. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a variety of options, including to-order omelets. The location near Plaza de Armas was convenient, and we enjoyed dinner at the nearby restaurant Mojsa. The room service was great, and the staff were very helpful, especially since we spoke very little Spanish. a great choice for accommodations.

I highly recommend this hotel.
