I had a great New Year experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains. The customer service provided by the staff was excellent, they were professional and always went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

One negative aspect was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms, which was quite disruptive to my sleep.
