I keep coming back because the staff helped me find my lost barrette my first stay. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and spa. I love it here and I'm coming back this weekend!

The view from the hotel room was amazing and the fresh air was really relaxing. the location of the hotel made it very easy to access different activities and attractions in the area. the massage staff was really friendly and gave quality massages.

Sadly, I have to say that I got food poisoning during my stay which made it really difficult to enjoy the rest of my Easter vacation. Adding to this, the food in the restaurant wasn't really good, and the staff wasn't as friendly as I expected.

I had an amazing stay at Chicama Boutique Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect for surfing and the waves were incredible. The beach access was convenient and the sunset views were stunning. The hotel room had a beautiful view and the facilities were well-maintained. The board rental options were convenient and the food menu was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The venue is a perfect blend of luxury and homely comfort. the rooms are elegantly decorated, with exclusive amenities that cater to your every need. the tranquil atmosphere of the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace, where you can relax on the sun loungers, is truly remarkable. the private facilities, including the leisure/TV room, make you feel like you're at home. the service provided by the staff at the Spa & wellness centre is exceptional. They go out of their way to ensure that you receive the best treatments possible, which include the Jacuzzi, Spa lounge, and garden area. the location of this hotel, right on the beach, provides easy access to the sun and sea.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety on the special diet menus at the restaurant. this was quickly resolved after discussing it with the staff, who promptly provided alternate options.
