The hotel is very clean and new. the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ivan who assisted us with a family member who had altitude sickness. the location is good, just a short walk to the center and in a quiet residential area. the breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food, including cappuccinos and other coffee choices.

Some rooms can be quite cold, with insufficient heating even if turned up. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, and there is no water in the rooms.

We were delighted with the very friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the comfort they provided. The breakfast served was also impressive. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate and assist us during our stay, even when we encountered illness and a vehicle breakdown. The location in a quiet neighborhood, with just a 5-minute walk to San Blas and a 15-minute walk to Plaza de Armas, was perfect for exploring the city.
