The location up in the hills was simply magical! Surrounded by tranquility, the well-maintained complex and luxurious rooms made us feel like royalty. the in-suite hot spring was a dream, and the sumptuous dinner was the highlight of my trip. Plus, being close to the Open Air Museum and bus stops made exploring Hakone a breeze.

I love returning here for my city trips. Staff recommended a great food spot on my first visit. They provide all I need like Internet, parking, and 24/7 service. the cozy lounge, spa, and golf course make it feel like a home away from home.

During my stay, hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff provided top-notch service. the breakfast served was delicious, and the location in this beautiful town was convenient. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the tranquil atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing.

Suishoen provides a traditional Japanese experience with private onsen baths. the exceptional service, delicious Keiseki dinner, and beautiful grounds create a memorable stay.

Secluded with exclusive hot springs and restaurant only for guests. Amazing room with personal hot spring bath and forest view. Attentive staff and well-equipped room with coffee machine, yukata, and pajamas. Delicious kaiseki dinner and washoku breakfast. Beautiful Japanese-style property with complimentary kimono.

Our stay at Hakone Suishoen was absolutely stunning. From the moment we stepped foot into our suite, all our ryokan dreams came true. The room was beyond beautiful, with every detail carefully thought out. The highlight was definitely our personal hot spring bath, providing us with the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Although there were a couple of inconveniences, such as the bathroom being on a different floor from the bedroom and having to go outside to access the public spa and restaurant, these were minor drawbacks compared to the overall exceptional experience.

Our trip was for relaxation, and we stayed for two serene nights at Suishoen. the Japanese meals were delicious, and the staff were warm and professional. the spacious room had a unique layout with a cozy living room area separate from the bedroom. The in-room onsen was a highlight, and the overall amenities were fabulous, including the refrigerated toiletries. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

The food and service were top-notch, truly excellent. the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. the hot springs were beautiful and relaxing. It was easy to get around the city from the location, with many attractions nearby. the staff was amazing and provided excellent customer service.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms were less than satisfactory. the hotel could use some updating to modern standards.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the service was impeccable; the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre was luxurious and rejuvenating, with a sauna and massage services that we thoroughly enjoyed. the garden area and hot spring bath gave us a wonderful sense of relaxation and serenity, while the open-air bath provided a stunning view. the Special diet menu was diverse and fulfilled all our exclusive needs.

The only minor issue was the location. Although this hotel offered a private atmosphere, its outside location made getting to the public bath and restaurant a bit inconvenient.
