We had a wonderful stay at a natural and eco-friendly lodge in Santa Teresa. The owners and staff were really nice and made us feel welcome. Our room had double doors that opened up to a beautiful view and the sounds of the nearby river. The lodge had a relaxing atmosphere, and we enjoyed bird-watching from the breakfast table. The breakfast was delicious, with options like banana pancakes and fresh fruit juice. We also appreciated the free tea and coffee in the afternoon. The rooms were individually designed with natural materials, and the whole property felt like a resort. We loved the fact that they provided free drinking water to reduce plastic waste. The beds were comfortable, the showers and bathrooms were upscale, and the wifi worked well. We also enjoyed the company of the playful dogs and kitten at the lodge. it was a fair-priced retreat after our hiking adventure.

The location of this lodge was incredible, nestled in the beautiful mountains surrounded by nature. The views from the courtyard were breathtaking, especially during the evening when I could admire the stars. The wifi at the lodge was only available in the common areas and was quite slow. This made it inconvenient for those needing to work or stay connected online.

The top suite with a private bath was like a Caribbean hut. The food, bar, and views were outstanding. The massage was heavenly and we were blown away by the night sky, being able to see the milky way with the naked eye.

The location of this lodge is stunning, surrounded by eucalyptus trees and the Urumbamba river. You can listen to rushing water and birds while waking up in your tastefully decorated room. The breakfast is delicious and they serve coffee from a local farm.
