El Mapi By Inkaterra - a welcome site after the Inka Trail. Easy check-in, close to Plaza, bus, train, clean, comfortable beds. They thought of everything a weary traveler would need. Would recommend & stay here again.

Everything is what i need and want.

The food at the hotel was delicious and we enjoyed every meal we had. the location was also great, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation options. Additionally, the room had a nice modern design and was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. the Wi-Fi in our room was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Recently renovated, tastefully decorated. Well-located. Helpful staff. Good experience. Smart and modern place to stay. Great location near main plaza. Spectacular view from room. Restaurant and food met expectations. Helpful excursion desk.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of Aguascalientes. The location was perfect for visiting the Machu Picchu ruins, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They met me at the train station upon arrival and helped with all the logistics, including storing my luggage. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that had a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and started early, which was great for getting an early start to the day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed.

We had a wonderful surprise upon arrival at El Mapi By Inkaterra. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We were delighted to find that our room was ready ahead of time, allowing us to rest after a long journey. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the eco-friendly amenities and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The hotel's location in the center of town was perfect for exploring Aguas Calientes, and we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was despite being in the heart of the action. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. We were impressed by the quality and freshness of the food, and it was the perfect way to start our day before heading out to Machu Picchu. our stay at El Mapi By Inkaterra exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

Although we were overall very satisfied with our stay at El Mapi By Inkaterra, the restaurant food did not match the same level of excellence as the rest of the hotel. Additionally, the whirlpool in the spa was not as warm as we had hoped, which was a bit of a letdown after a long day of hiking.

Fantastic location, close to train station and Machu Picchu bus ticket office. Early breakfast starting at 4am helps when planning trip to Machu Picchu. Lovely little amenities like recyclable bag. Amazing spa experience, with a relaxing atmosphere. Upgrade to a fabulous suite for our honeymoon. Great bar and helpful staff. Clean and calm atmosphere. Surprise honeymoon cake in the restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Aguas Calientes and at the base of the majestic mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was modern and clean, with a cozy sitting area and a comfortable king-size bed. The amenities provided in the room, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, added to the luxury experience. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious options to start the day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Two beautifully decorated rooms, modern and chic. Fantastic buffet breakfast, dinner, and lunch with a wide selection. Upgraded to a comfortable room with warm blankets and heaters. Perfect location near the Station. Quick fix for a cold room and extra heaters provided.

We stayed at this hotel and it was in the center of Aguascalientes, so convenient for exploring the area. The staff were really helpful and gave us lots of information about the local attractions. The room was small but had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with toiletries provided. The breakfast had a good selection of hot food, cereals, and beverages. The hotel was also close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu, making it easy to visit early in the morning.

The noise from other guests in the early morning was a bit disruptive.

In particular, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and attentive. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness center, where we indulged in a relaxing massage. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great convenience. We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an incredible stay here. The room on the 4th floor had a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the king-size bed was so comfortable. The hotel's commitment to the environment was impressive - the use of recyclable bottles for water and paper wrapping for the soup. I also loved the beautiful green area outside, which felt like a botanical garden. The staff was both professional and friendly, making my 30th birthday celebration even more special. The restaurant team sang happy birthday in both English and Spanish, and the birthday cake was delicious. The hotel manager also surprised me with birthday wishes and pralines. Thank you, El Mapi, for an unforgettable experience!

I had an exceptional experience at El Mapi By Inkaterra. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. The staff went above and beyond to make my honeymoon truly special. We were upgraded to a suite, treated to a complimentary dinner, and even had our bags transported for us. The personal touches and attention to detail made us feel cared for throughout our stay. It's truly a treat to stay at this hotel. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Despite the exceptional experience, I wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy all that this hotel has to offer.
