During our recent stay at the Shangri-La in Guilin, we were blown away by the level of service and hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. Special thanks to Wang Bao Ling at the check-in desk for finding us the perfect room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel's dining area, especially the Guilin specialty, the Guilin 米粉 Rice Noodles. The hotel's pool and lobby area were also great. our stay was absolutely splendid and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel itself was great, with beautiful rooms and delicious food. The massages were a perfect touch, and the comfortable bed was a welcome change after our previous stay. We highly recommend paying a little extra for the club lounge, as it is well worth it. The service, view from our room, and the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, including Vera, Demo Xie, and Alice Narnar. The special gifts for our wedding anniversary were a lovely touch. In short, our stay at Shangri-La was everything we could have hoped for. Thank you!

The highlight of my stay at Shangri-La Guilin was definitely the Horizon Club. It was a delight to have a quiet breakfast and unwind with food and drinks after a day of hiking. The staff in the Horizon Club were attentive and charming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary Minority song and dance performance in the lobby was a pleasant surprise, adding to the cultural experience. The hotel's location near the Li river and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery was breathtaking. The spacious and comfortable rooms offered beautiful views of the river and distant mountains. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food and the Cantonese restaurant on-site served delicious meals. The hotel also provided excellent transportation service to the Longji rice terraces. Despite the minor drawbacks of some facilities being closed and the ongoing construction work nearby, my stay at Shangri-La Guilin was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a wide range of facilities, perfect for our romantic escape. The location was ideal, being close to key attractions and amenities, making it convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time together. We really appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Guilin. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay comfortable. The food at the Chinese restaurant was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its plentiful options. Another advantage was the interesting garden, which added a touch of charm to the hotel. Moreover, the hotel offered a cute zoo that was a hit with the kids.

The hotel was located a bit far from the city center, making it necessary to take a taxi for commuting. This inconvenience was the main drawback of the hotel.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The value for money was great, with a comfortable room and amazing amenities like the 25-meter pool and locker room with sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. The location was perfect as it was near a park where I got to experience a glimpse of authentic Chinese life. The staff, especially the English-speaking employee at check-in, were incredibly helpful and made me feel at home. The evening entertainment in the lobby was beautiful, and I enjoyed decompressing with a cup of Jasmine tea while listening to the piano.
