The location of the hotel is great, being close to the main train station and right in the center of Aguas Calientes. It's convenient for accessing the ruins and exploring the town. The staff at the hotel were also helpful and friendly, providing assistance and even picking up guests from the train station. The rooms were clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel lacks certain amenities, such as a mini bar, heater, and WiFi in the rooms.

Great location, close to bus station and walking distance to train station. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market nearby. Clean and nice rooms with reliable WiFi. Breakfast on the 7th floor with great views. Friendly staff and convenient amenities like an elevator. a comfortable hotel for the night. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food and a beautiful view. the location was perfect, with easy access to various restaurants and shops. I was also delighted with the helpfulness of the staff.

The room was quite small and didn't have adequate facilities like heating which made it a bit chilly during the night. the bathroom was also small and cramped making it hard to move around.
