We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location was just perfect and we could always see the ocean from our room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and sauna, and also took advantage of the spa services - the massages were so relaxing! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could need. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

The rooms are a bit worn, with old carpets, curtains, and sheets. However, this is a minor inconvenience and doesn't take away from the overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, conveniently situated by the beach and just a short distance from the attractive Durban beach-front promenade. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and the opportunity to explore the local restaurants. The staff were wonderful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering clean and comfortable rooms with uncapped Internet access.

The staff at The Palace All-Suite were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like royalty. They even helped us arrange an affordable Uber ride to the harbor for our cruise. The facilities were great, with a fantastic sea view from our room and close proximity to the beach.

The view from the room was breathtaking! Also, the Wi-Fi was strong and always available. The front desk agent, Qaphe, was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing romantic escape! Our favorite parts were the complementary champagne and chocolates, as well as the stunning view from our room on the 12th floor. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and the promenade. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's parking. it was a lovely stay.

While we had a great time, there were a few minor issues. The TV was quite small and the selection of channels was limited.
