We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the pier and beautiful Playa Norte. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in this central neighborhood of the island. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the traditional Mexican style added to its charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we loved everything about this hotel, from its cleanliness to its convenient location.

Great location, superb breakfast places, short walk to North Beach, Malecon, and grocery store. Quirky details, helpful service at reception. Big room with balcony, kitchenette, and good bathroom. Fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the kitchen. AC works well and is quiet. No issues with Wi-Fi.

The rooms are clean, and the showers provide warm water. The friendly staff is always ready to provide help and information. The hotel also offers amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in the rooms, as well as a terrace for relaxation and socializing.

There were some minor issues with the air conditioning in the kids' room, which required a room switch.

The hotel is in a quiet location, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and the ferry. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a fridge and coffee pot. Our king bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ocean breeze coming in through the windows in the evening.

The hotel could improve on its communication with guests and have someone available at the front desk upon arrival. the noise from the street during carnival was a bit disruptive at night.

The front desk staff and security guard were extremely helpful, coordinating my late-night arrival and ensuring my safety. The room was comfortable, with a working AC unit and ceiling fan to keep me cool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center near the beach and restaurants. It was close to everything but far enough away so it wasn't too noisy from the night scene. The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. They even had a parking lot behind the hotel, which was very convenient. The staff was amazing, especially Roland at the front desk. He helped me book a snorkel trip, find a good price for a rental car, and even assisted me with getting on the ferry. The hotel's proximity to the North Beach area was the best, as it was perfect for swimming.
