The main perk of my stay at Hotel Arcangel was the fantastic location, just a short walk from the bustling Plaza de Armas. The room was clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom and strong WiFi. The hotel's beautiful courtyard provided a tranquil space to relax. Although there were a few minor issues with noise from other guests and the lack of a lift, these did not detract from my overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arcangel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Cusco. I will definitely be recommending this hotel.

I got great value for my money with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, close to main attractions and with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at Arcangel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a quicker service or a buffet option.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Omar at reception. The breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, and the showers provided hot, strong water. The hotel had cozy lounge areas where we could relax, and we even enjoyed the beautiful courtyard. The WiFi was strong and the hotel was conveniently close to the center of town. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and all the cool attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including air conditioning and hot water. And let's not forget about the breakfast - so delicious and filling! We had such a great time exploring Cusco and staying at this hotel.

The one thing we wished for was a party area or a game room where we could hang out and have fun with our friends. It would have been awesome to have a designated space for young people to socialize and enjoy some entertainment.

Great location, comfortable, good value for money, at the heart of the city!

I stayed in a family room and although the parquet floor was a bit noisy, it didn't bother me much after the first night. The water in the shower was sometimes not warm enough, but still manageable. The breakfast had some issues with the coffee machine, but the staff handled it quickly. I liked the hotel and would recommend it. Overall I had a great stay at the hotel and I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving! the staff was really helpful and made us feel welcomed. We received not one, but two complementary gifts, which was such a nice surprise. the location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, we got to enjoy the beautiful view of the city from our room!

That our room was a bit noisy at night. We could hear people talking in the hallway and it woke us up a few times.
