The main perk of my stay at Hotel Arcangel was the fantastic location, just a short walk from the bustling Plaza de Armas. The room was clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom and strong WiFi. The hotel's beautiful courtyard provided a tranquil space to relax. Although there were a few minor issues with noise from other guests and the lack of a lift, these did not detract from my overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arcangel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Cusco. I will definitely be recommending this hotel.

I got great value for my money with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, close to main attractions and with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at Arcangel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The one thing we wished for was a party area or a game room where we could hang out and have fun with our friends. It would have been awesome to have a designated space for young people to socialize and enjoy some entertainment.

I stayed in a family room and although the parquet floor was a bit noisy, it didn't bother me much after the first night. The water in the shower was sometimes not warm enough, but still manageable. The breakfast had some issues with the coffee machine, but the staff handled it quickly. I liked the hotel and would recommend it. Overall I had a great stay at the hotel and I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving! the staff was really helpful and made us feel welcomed. We received not one, but two complementary gifts, which was such a nice surprise. the location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, we got to enjoy the beautiful view of the city from our room!

The location was perfect, with convenient access to Plaza De Armas and the lively San Blas district. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my early morning breakfast requests and providing excellent service. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the fresh towels and pleasantly scented hand-wash. Hotel Arcangel offered great value for the price and I highly recommend it.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of the Old Town with easy access to main attractions and shops. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. the breakfast selection was great, including a variety of fruits. the staff at Arcangel were extremely polite and helpful. It was the perfect location for exploring Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cusco.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. The location was ideal, just a few blocks from the plaza de armas, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cusco. the location was perfect, right in the center of the Old Town. Everything was within walking distance, including the Plaza de Armas. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any need. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like AC and balconies offering great views. I couldn't be happier with my stay.
