staff could be more polite

We had an unforgettable stay at a centrally located hotel, just opposite the famous Mahamaham temple. The spacious room had a comfortable twin cot, a TV, and a well-lit bathroom. The staff were courteous and served our orders promptly. We didn't have to search for other restaurants as the on-site restaurant, RICE N SPICE, served delicious South Indian platters and freshly brewed coffee. The hotel's location made it easy for us to visit all the nearby temples.

The quality of the on-site restaurant has reportedly gone down over the years.

During my business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Kumbakonam. the complementary temple booklets and the spacious car parking were a nice touch. the location, opposite to a famous tank, was very convenient. the room's air-conditioning worked great, ensuring a comfortable sleep. the bathroom was clean and spacious, with hot water available at all times. the food served at the restaurant was tasty and at an affordable price.

The hotel's ambiance leans towards a simpler standard, with few additional amenities. the service is still decent, but the overall quality of the hotel may suffer from its trend to evolve into just a budget lodgement.

This hotel is located opposite the Mahamagam pond which is famous for the Maasi Maham festival and is right in the town center. The service is great and staff is polite. The basic amenities in the room are well-maintained and the bathroom is most acceptable.

Unforgettable stay. We stayed at a hotel in the center of the city, easily accessible from the entrance, with beautiful paintings depicting different deities. The room was spacious, well-lit, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was courteous and served our orders on time. The restaurant served delicious South Indian food, with coffee being a highlight. We also enjoyed the view of the nearby temple. I highly recommend this hotel.
