As women travelling alone, we felt comfortable and safe at this hotel. The staff, especially Sheila and Robert, were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a powerful and hot shower. The location was great, just a stone's throw away from the San Pedro Market.

The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great service. Additionally, the buffet breakfast is well prepared and satisfying.

One negative aspect is that the room phones do not have the capability to make outgoing calls, which can be inconvenient for guests needing to make arrangements or contact others.

The location of Quechua Hotel was perfect for exploring Cusco, as it was right next to the San Pedro market and only a ten-minute walk to the main plaza. The staff was attentive and accommodating, providing me with a heater for my room when I found it to be cold. They also went above and beyond by helping me arrange a taxi to the airport and printing a copy of my boarding pass for me. The breakfast was decent, offering toast, fruit, and coffee, and I appreciated the free coca tea they provided to help with the high altitude.

The breakfast at Quechua Hotel was absolutely delicious! I couldn't get enough of the freshly made omelettes. The staff went above and beyond to help us and even stored our luggage while we went on a trek. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city and visiting the local markets. Despite a small setback with the room size and noise, I still enjoyed my stay at Quechua Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic breakfast and helpful staff.

As a group of friends, we had a great stay in a centrally located hotel in Cusco. The hotel was conveniently close to both the market and the cathedral, making it easy for us to explore the city.
