The location of this place is great, close to the main area, restaurants, and tour agencies. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they allowed me to leave my luggage after I checked out. The shower was excellent. a convenient and adequate choice for a stay in Cusco.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the historical center. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main plaza. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail. I particularly appreciated having a portable heater in my room, especially during the chilly nights. The breakfast provided was great, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with various options available. the location was awesome, with a lot of restaurants and drugstores nearby, and close to the main attractions. A big plus point was its proximity to the police station, which made us feel safe.

The rooms were not warm enough during Christmas, and even with the heating provided, they were like a freezer. the internet signal was not strong enough, and we had to go near the reception to get a good connection.
