The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and bakeries for dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite language barriers. The security measures, like the locked door and buzzer system, provided a safe and secure feeling.

The check-in process was a bit slow, but once we were settled, we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and clean room. The decoration was charming and the location was perfect, surrounded by delicious restaurants and bakeries. Despite the slight delay, we really enjoyed our stay at Confort 80 Castellana 100. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist me even if we had language barriers. It was handy that they had a secure buzzer system in place to keep travelers’ safety in mind. The location was ideal and easily accessible to local dining options and stores.

It was a hassle to go through the check-in process; it is time-consuming and tiring to deal with a pile of paperwork when all you need is rest. Additionally, the elevators were sluggish, making it aggravating to go up and down the building.
