The hotel had a beautiful view of the Amazon and the Madre de Dios River. the pool was clean and offered a nice place to relax. the tours were easy to book and offered a great way to experience the jungle.

The service was inadequate, with staff members lacking experience in tourism. the tours did not go as planned and in one case, we were even stranded in the middle of nowhere without any help from our guide.

The hotel was perfectly located close to nature in a beautiful villa, right on the bank of the river. This made the transfer really effortless, as it was by the river and not far from the city. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. the hotel had great facilities such as a restaurant and activities partner.

During my recent stay at Enai, I had a truly magical experience. The hotel's location in the lush jungle just outside of Puerto Maldonado was breathtaking. I was amazed by the modern architecture that seamlessly blended with the natural surroundings. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully styled, with a stunning view of the river. The pool area was a highlight, with comfortable sunbeds and even the opportunity to spot adorable monkeys and a white Kaiman. The hotel staff, including the waiters at the restaurant and the night watchman, were incredibly friendly and attentive. I felt safe and well taken care of as a single female traveler. The hotel owners even went above and beyond by providing me with painkillers when I wasn't feeling well and offering me a room to rest before my departure. my stay at Enai was the best part of my Peru trip, and I hope to return one day. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, stunning views, and unforgettable experience.
