The hot tub experience was a disaster with no instructions and water leaks!!! And don’t expect your room choice to match. we booked a river view but ended up with a city view and a loud party!!! A clean-up would also help. used soap bars don't say 'luxury'!!!

I had a delightful stay at Jaya Machu Picchu Boutique Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, meeting us at the train station and providing us with excellent recommendations for local dining options. The room was spacious and featured a lovely jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room with sweeping views and offered a delicious buffet with a variety of options. Absolutely a wonderful experience!

my stay after hiking machu picchu was delightful at jaya machu picchu boutique. the staff was super attentive, even bringing me hot tea when my mom got altitude sickness. the breakfast room offered amazing views, and the jacuzzi in my room was a perfect treat after a long day.

the hot tub jets didn't work properly.
