This place suits me perfectly! The outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and great wi-fi make every stay enjoyable. The staff helped me with the local taxi number on my first visit, and Yair & Jean Pier were amazing at the pool area. I highly recommend enjoying the delicious breakfast. I'm coming back for a city trip!

a fabulous base for exploring paracas and nearby attractions

stepping into the resort after a long ride from lima was such a relief, and I really appreciated the close proximity to the reserve and the beautiful playa chaco which is just a quick stroll away for those stunning ocean views.

The staff was very helpful, and while there were some

language barriers, we managed to communicate effectively over our three-night stay. The property boasts lovely gardens and spacious accommodations, although I found the food to be somewhat bland at times. The highlight was definitely the Ballestas Islands tour, an experience not to be missed.

The pool was uncomfortably hot, there were limited food options during the day, and reception services felt chaotic!!! Upselling even on sunbeds was frustrating, especially when occupancy was so low.

But that beach had a bit of a funky smell—thank you, seaweed! I mean, talk about nature's way of saying, 'Stay away from my snacks! '

The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, and the delicious food offerings were a highlight, especially the ceviche and breakfast buffet.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and we felt that certain amenities, like the kids' club, didn't live up to expectations.

the location is super nice and the pools are great! breakfast is amazin with a ton of options. the staff were really friendly and helped us a lot. the italian restaurant was pretty good, i liked the gnocchi a lot. also, the room was spacious and had a nice bathroom.

luxury collection is truly a hidden gem. the large deluxe guest room had stunning views, and the staff were top-notch. especially, cesar at check-in made us feel extra special. the spa was amazing, offering a great range of wellness options. the dining experience blew us away with its quality and service.

Chur, bro! The pools were sweet as, but the beach wasn't swimmable, and the seaweed smell was a letdown. Becker at the pool area, though? Heaps helpful!

The pool is fantastic, and the ceviche at the pier restaurant was top-notch. Our trip to the Islas Ballestas was a highlight!

Felt most welcome, no complaints at all.
