We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The value for money was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the town center, the ruins, and the train station. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even organized transportation for us and allowed us to leave our luggage when we went to Machu Picchu. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful garden and the cozy common area with fireplaces. We felt right at home here!

We stayed at Hotel Samanapaq for our visit to the Inca Trail and it was perfect. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the central plaza and the train station. The rooms were uniquely decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel had several cozy living room areas, a beautiful breakfast room, and even a lovely garden. Tula, the hostess, was fantastic and helped us with recommendations and transportation. it was a fabulous hotel experience.

On arrival, we found flyers and even spiders in the room. Despite being moved to another room, it was also dirty and we encountered another spider in the bathroom.

The hotel's garden and sitting room with a fire provided a lovely atmosphere to relax. The staff was friendly and responsive, helping us find a kind and safe taxi driver for our excursions. The breakfast, although limited, was fresh and satisfying.
