Room amenities were great - shower, bath, rotating TV, balcony. Food/room service exceeded expectations and arrived promptly. Amazing view with good sized balcony. Exceptional food, good value, and attentive staff. They upgraded us due to air conditioning issue. Gym was decent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-kept room at Los Incas. The cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and beverages, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The rain head shower in the bathroom was a delightful addition, and my granddaughter had a great time playing in it. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel safe and welcomed during my stay. The hotel also had a nice pool and a well-equipped gym, which I took advantage of. The location of the hotel was convenient for my business purposes and I found the free taxi service to nearby shopping areas useful. I would definitely recommend Los Incas for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lima.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with incredible spa and outstanding customer service. The key location near Surco and La Molina was perfect for us. Loved the chauffeur service that made us feel safe and comfortable.

Some of the facilities were a letdown. The pool area was beautiful but never had anyone attending the bar.

This hotel is a truly luxurious haven, with exclusive amenities that made my stay unforgettable. The courteous and friendly staff pleasantly surprised me with a variety of spa & wellness treatments, from body scrubs and massages to beauty treatments and facials. The sun loungers on the sun terrace were a great way to soak up the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, whilst the located advantage of the hotel left me with a sense of peacefulness that was hard to replicate anywhere else.

The only minor issue I encountered was the need for more staff at the poolside snack bar, and perhaps a few more options for the special diet menus. However, the packed lunches were a life-saver when I was on the go, and the private facilities made me feel like a VIP guest.
