The room at Cc Palace Hotel was large, clean, modern, and comfortable. It had a sink located in the bedroom area, which was a little inconvenient, but not a major issue. The shower box had a slight leak, but it didn't affect our overall experience. The temperature in the room was a bit warm, but we were able to control it by opening and closing the window. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rome.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and close to an underground station for easy access to the Vatican. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were well-equipped and spacious, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We particularly loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful city views. The hotel also offered excellent service with room service, airport shuttle, and a 24-hour reception. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.

Best aspects of my stay were the great location, close to many key attractions and easy walking distance to everything. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and made my Christmas stay very special. The rooftop lounge was the perfect spot to relax with a nice cocktail after a busy day of sightseeing. The room was immaculate with fresh towels and a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast had a great selection that was worth getting up for.

Worst aspects of my stay were the temperature control in the room, which was too warm for my liking, and the layout of the bathroom which was not very user-friendly. The sink was located outside of the bathroom and the shower leaked water onto the floor, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the rest of my stay.
