The staff was attentive to our needs, making us feel like special guests. The restaurant presented food professionally. The spacious, clean room had comfortable bedding. The grounds were beautiful and filled with flowers, trees, and birds. We were pleasantly surprised by the rich plantings and groves on the property.

This hotel was not a complete disaster. the location was conveniently close to some restaurants and shops, and the room was clean and tidy. the staff did their best to be friendly and helpful during my Christmas stay. the pool was also quite refreshing on a scorching hot day.

This hotel definitely had its fair share of negative aspects. the Christmas feast they advertised was a meager selection of food, with no traditional holiday dishes.

The bungalows at Villa Kitzia are absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and immaculate. The grounds are filled with colorful flowers and trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the accommodations.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the swimming pool. the staff is friendly and attentive, making guests feel like VIPs. The restaurant offers professional service and presents delicious dishes.

Though the shower had some issues with warm water only lasting for a short time, it was not a major inconvenience, especially during the summer season.
