The hotel is situated in a great spot, in close proximity to many attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and lovely views from the windows. The front desk staff and the greet staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a variety of options from hot to cold dishes. The car parking is ample and very convenient. There is also a fitness center that is well-maintained and equipped with modern machines.

The elevators can be slow during peak hours due to the high volume of guests and staff members using them at the same time.

They made the check, in process a breeze. the room was spotless and well, maintained. the cleaning staff did a great job with the floor, carpet, and bathroom. the bed was comfortable and neatly made. the amenities provided were of high quality. the breakfast attendant was pleasant and the breakfast area was well, maintained and nicely designed. the parking lot was clean and well, kept.

One disappointment was that the room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. We had been out for more than eleven hours, and it was frustrating to find the room not made up.

During our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites, we experienced a minor issue with our room key. However, the staff promptly assisted us and provided us with new keys. The front desk agent and the manager were extremely professional and hospitable during check-in, making us feel welcome. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with the floors swept and mopped nicely, and the carpet and bathroom perfectly cleaned. The bed was comfortable and well-made, and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. The breakfast attendant was pleasant and the breakfast setup was great. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being near the mall and right off the interstate.

One minor drawback was the poor pace of getting hot food during breakfast. On both of our stays, we had to wait for hot food.

The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with a beautifully cleaned bathtub. The bed was made up to perfection. I also appreciated the connected desks for the television entertainment center, which was a great idea. The breakfast attendant was pleasant and the breakfast setup was impressive. The parking lot was well-maintained as well.
