I had the most peaceful and serene stay at a stunning property nestled among the Andes mountains. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I loved sitting on the outside terrace, wrapped in a warm Peruvian blanket. The staff were gracious and the restaurant served delicious local dishes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great service with friendly staff and delicious food. the location was convenient for my business trip as it was located nearby important places I needed to visit. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good view and a nice bathroom. Bed linen and towels were changed daily and the toiletries left daily were of good quality.

The lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to work at the desk. the room walls were not soundproofed very well, and at night we could hear people talking and walking in the hallway.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of services including massages and a steam room. the garden area provided a peaceful retreat and the restaurant had a fabulous breakfast selection.

this was not a major concern as there were plenty of other amenities to enjoy at this venue.
