During our stay at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. One evening, it was pouring rain when we returned from our activities, and the hotel staff greeted us with umbrellas to keep us dry. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued as guests.

The staff were delightful and flexible. The food was great. The hotel has a well-balanced atmosphere between comfort and wilderness. The location in the "jungle" is special. The eco-tourism approach matches well with the environment.

I recently stayed at Inkaterra Machu Picchu and had an amazing experience. The staff was super helpful and provided fantastic customer service. They even gave me a free upgrade and late check-out. The room was enormous, well-equipped, and had a cozy open fire. The food in the restaurant was sublime and the hotel also offered complimentary local tours. The grounds were gorgeous and a guided tour is highly recommended. everything about the hotel was perfect and I can't wait to return.

I recently stayed at Inkaterra in Machu Picchu for a few days of relaxation after hiking the Inca Trail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fireplace and beautiful views of nature. The food was first class, though a bit more variety would have been nice. The amenities, like the Orchid field, were unique and added to the overall experience. Inkaterra exceeded my expectations and provided the perfect retreat.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! Loved the rustic and nature-themed decor of the rooms, with spacious layouts and comfy beds. The view of the train station and surrounding mountains was breathtaking. Enjoyed the complimentary coca leaf tea and informative tour upon arrival. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast had a tasty variety of organic options and fresh fruits. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The restaurant was crowded and very loud during dinner, so it was a bit difficult to have a peaceful meal. The room service was a bit slow and the prices for a glass of wine were a bit high.

The location was perfect, with beautiful grounds to explore. The hot water bottle in the bed was a thoughtful touch. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly accommodating and nice. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the casita-type environment, although we could hear some noise from the neighboring casita. Despite this small downside, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast is included and starts early, which is perfect for those visiting Machu Picchu in the morning.

Dinner was great, staff charming and helpful, Carlos at reception stood out. Enchanting experience, large room, excellent amenities. Close to train station, porter service provided. Wow-worthy suite with jungle views, private garden and hot tub. Enormous and comfortable bed, delicious food. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay near Machu Picchu.
