The staff at Kori Gems Inn were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were like a family, ready to assist with any request. The location of the inn was perfect, situated on a quiet street but still close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were unique and charming, with modern amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Cusco.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right off the main square and close to everything. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a delicious meal. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping service. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast provided is tasty, with fresh juice and a variety of side dishes. the hotel offers a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time at this gem of a hotel. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the main plaza and close to Saqsaywaman ruins. The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, especially for families, with a loft design that provides separate spaces. The staff was incredibly kind and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. They even stored our luggage and offered a late check out. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a great value for money with all the amenities and a beautiful patio to relax in.

We felt so comfortable during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great Xmas experience! the breakfast was amazing with a lot of options, including delicious omelettes and fresh fruit salads. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city but on a quiet street. We also loved the fact that hot water was available 24/7, great after a long day of exploring the city.

The bed was quite hard and some people might not find it comfortable. the absence of a closet in the room and the fact that the hot water took a long time to come were a bit inconvenient.
