Excellent value for money- highly recommend! The bathroom and shower were clean and spacious, and the open-spaced balcony was a nice addition. The breakfast provided was adequate and the staff serving breakfast were pleasant and accommodating.

Limited English knowledge from the reception staff made communication a bit challenging. the noise from the street, especially if staying in a room facing the main street, could be quite disruptive.

The bed was comfortable and the restaurant attached to the hotel was reasonably priced with good food. , the location was convenient to explore the city.

The staff was noisy early in the morning and could be heard through the thin walls. it felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. It felt like stepping into a beautiful oasis with lovely colors and comfortable furniture. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. Additionally, the hotel had excellent accessibility with ramps and elevators, which made it hassle-free for me to move around with my walking cane.

It would have been even better if the staff were more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior people. It's important for the children working there to understand the unique requirements and preferences of older guests, ensuring a more enjoyable and comfortable vacation experience.

It is perfectly located right near the main square, so everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a great hot shower. The staff was warm and helpful, making me feel safe and welcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I even received a personal touch on some days. The hotel also had hot drinking water available 24/7 for tea lovers like me.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in Huaraz and had a fantastic experience. The view from my room on the 5th floor was absolutely amazing, with a clear view of the Huascaran and the Andes. The security was top-notch, as only the staff with a key could access the elevator. The price was reasonable at just $30 per night, which was an incredible deal considering the quality of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and they even served breakfast individually on certain days, which added a personal touch to the experience. The staff, including the chambermaids, were warm and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, having hot drinking water available 24/7 for making tea was a nice touch.

Even though the hotel is centrally located, the noise from the street was a bit of an issue. However, this is to be expected in any centrally located hotel, and it didn't bother me too much.

Comfortable and clean rooms, central location, tasty included breakfast, nice bathrooms, convenient for trekking in Huarascan National Park.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded us to a larger room at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with hot showers and cozy beds. In the morning, we enjoyed a basic but tasty breakfast. The best part was the view from the terrace on the fifth floor, where we could see the breathtaking Andes mountains. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, friendly staff, and great views.
