The location of this hostel is fantastic, with easy access to the main plaza, Kennedy park, and the bustling Miraflores centrum. The rooms are comfortable, with very cozy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast provided is simple but satisfying, and there are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The hostel also has good security measures in place, ensuring a safe stay for guests.

lion backpackers was a step above my previous lima stay. the automatic upgrade to a spacious room with hot water shower and a little garden for my dog made it fantastic. the friendly staff and delicious breakfast added to the experience. the location was great too, with restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to give advice and make sure I had a great stay. They spoke English, which was a big help. It was a relief that the hostel didn't claim to be a party place, as I loved the quiet time from 11 to 8. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the bus station and all the local attractions. Currency changer and laundrette were just a few minutes away. The beds were changed daily and fresh towels provided. Plus, being pet-friendly was a huge bonus!

I got great value for my money at Lion Backpackers. The room was basic but had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, within walking distance of bus stations and local sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering to pick me up from the airport and patiently assisting me with my Spanish.

Great New Year's experience! The staff was friendly and made sure we had a blast. They organized a fun party with music and lots of dancing. Plus, they offered complimentary champagne for everyone to celebrate the occasion. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and attractions. And the best part? The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. Hot showers were always available, which was a huge plus!

The noise from the street was a bit loud, but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't solve. Also, the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, sometimes working fine but occasionally dropping the signal.

the location was ideal, within walking distance of the beautiful beaches along Costa Verde. the staff, led by Arturo, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had such a good experience that I stayed at Lion Backpackers twice - once at the beginning of my trip and again before heading home. If I return to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I stayed at Lion Backpackers for a week during my vacation. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find an English-speaking movie channel on the TV. The breakfast provided was delicious and the location of the hotel in Miraflores was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to Kennedy Park. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Great location near Kennedy park, Metropolitano bus. Lots of banks, shopping, restaurants nearby. Small but comfortable room. Good bathroom with hot shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with eggs.

Great location, but who needs comfort and cleanliness anyway? Wi-fi barely worked, electric shower didn't work, and staff didn't care. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I had a fantastic time staying at this nice and clean hostel with friendly and attentive staff. the breakfast included eggs, which was a great addition to the normal Peruvian breakfast. the location was great, in a safe part of the city and within walking distance to the beaches. the staff, particularly Arturo and his team, were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
