Loki was a great value for our money, providing a cheap and comfortable stay for our brief visit to the city. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the main plaza and tourist areas on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with printing bus tickets and storing our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu.

Breakfast choices could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I had an amazing two-week stay at Loki. The staff made me feel so welcome, especially Emi who even upgraded my room! The Machu Picchu tour I booked with Loki was well-organized and professional. The atmosphere, comfy beds, and great outdoor courtyard were perfect for relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I'll definitely be coming back to this hostel, it's my Cusco home!

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and welcoming staff who made an effort to get to know me. The location was great, close to the square and restaurants. The beds were big and clean, with lockers and power sockets. Free coffee and tea all day, and plenty of activities to get involved in.

The room was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. the staff at the bar were really friendly and attentive, especially Joe and Alicia. They made my stay enjoyable and made sure I had everything I needed.

I found that the walkway and stairs could be quite slippery when wet, so it's important to be careful. Additionally, there were some issues with amenities like towels and toilet paper.
