The room itself was cozy and well-designed, with an easy-to-use hot/cold water shower and fast WiFi. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere, convenient location, and attentive staff.

We loved the new refurbished rooms and the fresh look of the entire hotel. The staff, especially Javier, were incredibly accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast had a great variety and changed daily. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local markets and restaurants. The facilities were top-notch and the WiFi was excellent.

Good location close to Indian market, bus routes and Ovalo Kennedy. Spacious room layout, comfy bed, elevator, AC, breakfast and taxi transfers. Helpful and friendly staff, well-appointed 2-bed apartment with kitchen and dining needs. Near eating options, cafes, park, Inka market and Huaca Pucllana ruin. Great value for money with attentive service and complimentary coffee and tea.

We stayed at a hotel over the weekend and the two complementary facts were good. the location was central and provided easy access to restaurants and museums. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop.

The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we had an issue with our room. the beds were uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep at night.
