The staff at the accommodation were incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting with organizing trips and providing an early ride to the airport. The owner, in particular, was kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room itself was fantastic, with ample space and comfortable large beds. The availability of hot water for a nice shower was a bonus, and the owner even offered to lend us a heater to combat the cold nights. The location of the property was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and the center, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, we were able to check into our room at 6 am after a long bus ride, which was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the city center and the port for visiting Titicaca's lake. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our luggage while we went on a two-day tour and even waiting for our night bus afterwards. The room was spacious, with plenty of blankets to keep us warm at night. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious.

The location of the hotel was great, situated between the city center and the bus terminal. It was convenient for exploring the area and catching transportation. the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and giving us recommendations for things to do. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and a warm shower.

the shower was cold in the evening and in the morning, which was not pleasant with the freezing temperatures. the breakfast was supposed to be served at 6, but it was delayed until 6:20, causing us to rush as we had to be at the bus terminal by 6:30.

We had a great stay at Maya Inn. the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. the shower had hot water and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We even booked a fantastic tour to Sillustani through the hostel. the location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the center. There were also plenty of food shops nearby and restaurants along the way.

I had a great stay at a conveniently located accommodation in Puno. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with information about the main sightseeing tours in the area. The wifi worked perfectly, which was a bonus for me. Additionally, the accommodation allowed me to do an early check-in after a long night bus journey. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Puno and Titicaca Lake.
