We stayed at Sky Tower Hotel for our family trip and it was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near Nagoya station and Legoland, with a connected bridge to Sasashima-raibu station. The staff were amazing, helping us with discounted Lego tickets and arranging luggage transfers. They even went above and beyond to cater to a family member with dietary restrictions, conducting bacterial tests on the food. The city view from the corner room was breathtaking, and the VIP lounge access made us feel special. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, providing everything we needed.

The hotel's location by the local train station made it very convenient for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to the train station, and from there, it was just one stop away from the main Nagoya station. This was especially handy for visiting Legoland, as the train line directly connected to the hotel. Additionally, there were stores nearby where I could grab snacks and necessities for my kids. The staff were also very helpful, not only offering discounted tickets for Legoland but also assisting with luggage arrangements.

For us, the hotel was ideal.

Hotel is located on a high floor with no staff assistance for luggage. Far from shopping and eateries.

the room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us early check-in when available. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a small shopping mall nearby. our stay at Prince Nagoya exceeded our expectations, especially compared to our previous high-end stay in Tokyo.

The remote control instructions were in Japanese.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious rooms with a full bathtub, bath salt, and complimentary pajamas and bathrobe. The hotel also provided children amenities for my child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. The hotel's location offered a wonderful view and there were plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby.

The view from our room at Nagoya Prince Hotel was absolutely stunning. We were on the 32nd floor and were blown away by the breathtaking cityscape. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The full-size bath was a nice touch, especially for taller guests like myself.

While the hotel itself was impressive, the quality of the food was a disappointment. The lounge food and beverages were below par, especially the scotch.

Great view from the comfortable room located in the tallest building! The room was spacious and up to European standards. The hotel offered excellent services such as luggage assistance, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel was also a key feature, being connected to a railway station.

The wait for the train at the railway station was quite long, with trains only available every ten or fifteen minutes. the language barrier with some staff members who spoke little English was a bit frustrating at times, but manageable.

The to ceiling views of the city were absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient, being connected to a subway station. It was easy to get around and explore everything I wanted to see. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
