The staff were unbelievably friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The facilities were top-notch, including the jaw-dropping outdoor swimming pool and the mind-blowing spa & wellness centre. The location was super convenient, with a shopping centre nearby for amazing food options. We were blown away by the comfortable and clean rooms, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. The 24-hour reception and security gave us peace of mind, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. Also, the paid shuttle service made our travel logistics a breeze. our stay was nothing short of amazing!

The Junior Suite at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! It was nearly twice as large as the one in Berlin and the Level service was superb. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were not only excellent, but they were also super kind and helpful. The location was great, just a short 5-minute walk from the mall where I had a variety of restaurants to choose from. I felt very safe walking around the area, thanks to the pedestrian crossing right outside the hotel. The staff were always friendly and approachable, offering me great advice when I needed it. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and plenty of towels. While the taxi services were a bit expensive, as a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe. my experience at this hotel was jaw-dropping, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the upscale San Isidro district and taxis are cheap. The staff, especially Mr. Melendez and Carmen, were friendly, helpful, and honest.

Despite our language barrier, they made our stay unforgettable. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of the family. The location in the San Isidro district was perfect, with upscale facilities and easy access to transportation. The upgrade to a spacious junior suite with complimentary breakfast and dinner was a fantastic added bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
