well, where do I even begin? the breakfast was practically non-existent, and I had to personally request more cutlery like I was a bother. also, my suite was devoid of a safe and reeked of mildew. I almost woudl ve been tempted to give a good review, but then again, who am I kidding? shameful service!

Request extra dishes and utensils in advance if your suite accommodates more than two guests. this will ensure you have everything you need for meals.

The room was spacious as, and staff were friendly, but breakfast options were basic and delivered late. Location was stellar, heaps of cafes nearby.

the location is super central in miraflores, just a few blocks from kennedy park which is great for exploring. the staff here are really friendly and actually remember ur name when you come and go. the room was really clean and comfy with a nice kitchenette for snacks if ur frugal. breakfast is a nice touch too, they bring it to ur room when you want it. overall a good value for the price, we were happy with our stay!

The safe wasn't operational, and breakfast options could improve for variety. Staff were friendly and the location felt safe.
