Breakfast was disappointing and staff slow to respond.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the main square. I loved the fresh breakfast and the available coca tea to help with altitude issues! The staff were always ready to assist, especially when I needed an early breakfast box for my 4 AM tour.

However, the noise from the street was often disruptive at night. Also, the shower curtain caused flooding in the bathroom, leading to a messy space. Some meals in the restaurant were hit-or-miss, especially for late-night room service.

Proper canny spot, like! Modern with a cracking location, just a short stroll from the main square. Staff were dead helpful, even sorted me out with some coca tea for the altitude. Only downside was the shower curtain causing a bit of a mess. Still a grand place to stay!

The supportive staff went out of their way, calling our tour agency when we waited too long. Breakfast was delicious and great for early adventurers. a breakfast box is available for those who rise early.

The restaurant is painfully slow and the food is dreadful!!! The room services need more reliability—especially during altitude sickness!!! Improve the English proficiency amongst the reception staff!!! Some rooms need quieter conditions for sleep!!!

the location is super great, just a short walk from the main square. their breakfast starts early, which is really nice if ur going on a tour. the staff was mostly helpful when we needed things. the room was spacious and had big windows, so lots of light. loved that cozy vibe in the lobby too!

This place has a cool lift, a cozy tea station, spacious rooms with views, and a gift shop with local goodies. I loved the generous mountain view from my room while sipping coca tea!
