I recently stayed at the Sonesta Hotel for my visit to Cusco. The location was perfect, with shopping nearby and the stunning Temple of the Sun just a few blocks away. The staff were incredible in every way, providing excellent service during check-in, meals, and offering helpful directions. The breakfast options were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The rooms were comfortable, offering great views of the city and the ability to open the windows for fresh air. The cleanliness was top-notch, making this one of the best hotels in town.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Hotel for a few days while visiting the amazing Incan ruins. The room was so comfortable with great WiFi and a refreshing shower. The breakfast had a fantastic variety and the eggs were cooked exactly how I wanted. The early 5am start was perfect for my day trip to Machu Picchu. The free airport shuttle was a bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even leaving a sweet treat in my room each evening. Plus, the lobby had free cocoa tea available all day!

The location is perfect - not too far from the main square but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. We also appreciated the excellent service we received from the staff- they were always available and willing to help out with anything we needed, from room service to laundry service. Additionally, the amenities provided like the shuttle service and the continental breakfast before early morning hikes made our trip all the more comfortable. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel in Cusco. the room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the center. the location was very convenient, as it was only a 15-minute walk to the main square. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially the gentleman at the Guest Relations stand who assisted us with our luggage and storage while we visited Machu Picchu. the hotel was also close to the Inca Rail boarding station, which was convenient for our travels. the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options.

The hotel is upscale and welcoming, with a friendly staff. The grab & go snack bar has great items at reasonable prices. They provide oxygen for altitude sickness. The complimentary airport shuttle and early breakfast buffet are convenient.

The restaurant served delicious food, and there was a bar/lounge area for relaxation. This was our 5th time staying at Sonesta and we loved it. The location is very convenient, just 4 blocks from the Main Square. The room was spacious and we were lucky to have a balcony. The room service was available 24/7 and had limited, but diverse options. The breakfast had excellent quality and service. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with tours, taxis, and information about the city. Highly recommended.
