We had a fantastic stay at Staybridge in West Seneca! The staff was welcoming and helpful with dinner recommendations. Our suite was clean and had thoughtful touches like wipes for remotes. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had high water pressure. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy choices like oatmeal and fresh fruit. We would definitely stay here again!

Although the room appeared clean, there was a terrible smell of mildew that made it hard to regard the place as clean. Our clothes and luggage ended up smelling like the awful odor.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for exploring both downtown and Niagara Falls. the proximity to the NY Thruway made it easy to get in and out of the city. Another great aspect was the friendly staff who were always helpful and accommodating. They were quick to resolve any issues that arose during our stay.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping. the kitchen and bathroom counters were often left grimy, which was disappointing.

In our hometown, we couldn't get such a spacious and well-equipped suite for that price. The room easily accommodated our group of four, but it could have even slept more people. The kitchen and living room were convenient amenities, especially for families with kids like ours. We were also impressed by the selection of board games available in the lobby for entertainment. Additionally, we appreciated the fresh cookies upon arrival and the complimentary breakfast provided. The hotel's location was within a short distance of everything we needed to do. we had a positive experience at Staybridge Suites and would definitely consider staying there again.

This hotel is a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised with the value for money - we got a spacious 2 bedroom suite for a steal! The attention to detail was impressive and the location to the football stadium was ideal. We appreciated the basic amenities, especially the kitchenette as it perfectly suited our needs. Breakfast was included and it was tasty, which was a great way to start off our day.
