I had an amazing stay at Pukara House! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They had my room ready early so I could freshen up after my early morning arrival. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including made-to-order eggs. The room was spacious and the shower was fantastic. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, just a short walk to Central Plaza and the Boliviahop pickup place. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even allowed me to check-in early. the breakfast was good and there was a printer available for boarding passes. the rooms were clean and spacious, and there was hot water available. they provided tea and coffee in the hallway, which was a nice touch.

There were a few communication issues with the staff, particularly regarding the pick-up service from the bus station. They also initially gave away our room, but did provide a suite as a resolution.

Best hot showers in Peru! the water was always hot and the pressure was strong. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Fred who spoke English well. - the location was great, just a couple of blocks from the main square and restaurants.

The shower doors didn't work properly, so water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The room we stayed in was a bit noisy, as it was right by the entrance and across from the breakfast hall.
