I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room at Tucan Suites Tarapoto. The tub in the bathroom and the terrace were a nice touch. Although a bit far from the main attractions, the quick mototaxi ride was worth it. The meals included in the package were absolutely delicious. The staff was well-trained and always had a smile on their faces. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Tarapoto.

Our laundry was damaged and when we brought it up, the hotel first offered compensation but then sent the laundry worker to negotiate with us. It felt uncomfortable and unfair to settle for less than the value of the damaged item.
